Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our proxy services

How are ports allocated?
By default, each package includes up to 500 ports (depends on GEO and availability).
If you need more ports — contact support in Telegram, we can review a custom extension.
When does billing start?
Billing starts immediately after activation and runs for the selected period (day/week/month). No pauses.
Can I pause my subscription?
No. Plans run continuously for the selected billing period. Pausing/freezing time is not available.
What is the proxy format?
We support the most common formats:
ip:port@login:password
login:password@ip:port
ip:port:login:password
login:password:ip:port
For IP-auth: ip:port
How many IP addresses can be bound?
By default proxies are delivered with login/password auth.
On request we can switch your package to IP-auth (whitelist) — up to 30 IP addresses.
Note: you can use either login/password auth or IP-auth, not both at the same time.
Which protocols supported?
We support SOCKS5 and HTTPS. SOCKS5 is recommended.
Is working with SMTP?
Our proxies support SMTP usage. However, compatibility depends on the specific software configuration and third-party service policies.
Do you guarantee unique IPs or subnets?
No. Residential IP pools are dynamic. We don’t guarantee a fixed number of unique IPs/subnets/ASNs at any moment.
Do you guarantee compatibility with specific websites?
No. We do not guarantee compatibility with specific third-party websites or services, as they may apply their own anti-fraud and filtering mechanisms.
What happens if my usage triggers restrictions?
If your usage triggers protection systems (high load, abuse patterns, policy violations), we may apply temporary limits (rate limiting / reduced concurrency) or suspend access to protect the network.
If this happens — contact support, we’ll help adjust settings.
What is series of extensions?

Traffic-based Plans: Our extension system allows unused traffic to transfer to the subsequent billing cycle when you renew your subscription before expiration, optimizing your resource utilization.

Unlimited-Based Plans: The Series of Extensions feature provides progressive discounts for consecutive renewals while your package remains active. If your package expires before renewal, the discount sequence resets to its initial state.

Can I create multiple accounts?
No. We allow one account per person or company. The $3 test is limited to one purchase per test type per user. Creating additional accounts to bypass limits, obtain more than the allowed number of $3 tests, or reuse promotions is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of tests and account suspension.
How do the threads work?
Threads represent simultaneous TCP connections. In browser usage, one thread may generate multiple HTTP requests depending on page activity and scripts.
What timeout is best set?
We recommend setting a timeout between 3–5 seconds depending on your software and use case.
Why don’t proxies work in my browser with SOCKS5?
If proxies with username and password don’t work in your browser, try switching from SOCKS5 to HTTP.

Browser and extension support for SOCKS5 with authentication can be inconsistent, which may cause connection issues.

If proxies work in other applications but not in your browser, the issue is most likely related to the browser or extension, not the proxies.

We recommend using HTTP proxies or trying a different extension.
